• Following years of taking a hiatus, Rachel had a calling back into the massage therapy industry. After several years of relearning and getting back into the groove of massage, she finally found her niche.
Having a significant experience with the K-State athletes, Sports massage and rehabilitation became a huge part of her practice and her specialty.
• Each day is a new learning experience and is a great way to continue building her growth in life.
• Rachel graduated massage therapy school in 2010 from American Academy of Massage Therapy in Manhattan, Ks. She is also licensed in Deep Tissue, functional movement, Myofascial Release and Lymphatic Drainage Massage.
• Her next step is to show the community how important it is to make a difference for yourself, and the first step is by taking care of you.
